Many Formula 1 drivers agree that playing F1 2012 is the closest thing to reality compared to driving a real Formula 1 car. This is the result of the high level of realism displayed by this simulator.
Driving is excellent and, although faithfully implemented, it is suitable even for people with little skill in racing video games, especially if the available aids are activated: optimal layout, braking assistance and so on.
The entire Formula 1 is excellently recreated in F1 2012, from the vehicles and circuits to the season to be followed by a true professional from some of the world's most renowned teams such as Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull.
The AI of F1 2012's opponents is really good, although the dose of fun reaches the highest level by opting for multiplayer mode, which admits a total of 16 players in each race.
